Walking down the memory lane,

I figure out that I was so insane.

For how could I stay away from you?

Missing the moments that were so true..

I closed my eyes, not to gaze

The beauty that always made me amaze!!

How could I live in such a disguise?

What took so long for me to realize?

I wish I could turn the pages back

And rewrite everything that just lacked.

For I am gonna miss my hundred years,

Blessed with a joy of blissful tears...

May be somethings are meant this way.

No matter how life makes us sway,

No matter how far it takes you away,

Your memory for sure is gonna stay.

This day of my life is truly replete

With memories that only you could complete.

Can’t say no more, no gift, no token..

Sometimes somethings are best said Unspoken…

Is it Heavy inside? You feel like drowning..

PS: This poem is my humble attempt to pay my tribute to Pink Floyd, the music band which influenced me the most.. The words in bold are some of the album names of that band..

It's only between You and Me
I am to seek and You are to hide
Set out on this hunting spree
To catch You and reach your side.

I thought this was the perfect fun
Mistaken was I in the long run..
For You did hid from me For Ever
Leaving no chance to find You never..

Kudos to You, You win this game..
Joy your glory and cherish the fame
For me I have nothing to claim..
You win or I lose is just the same.

I know, now You don't give a dime
But sometimes there is no next time..
You leave me Wrecked, for we can't speak..
I stand no more in this Hide and Seek.

ALONE AGAIN

There was no genuine reason,
To end the sweet friendship season.
Is it so easy for someone to lose?
Are you happy the way you choose?

Tell me why I was banished.
Like a fading dream you got vanished.
Can I be the one like I was before?
Will my heart beat for others anymore?

The phone rings, not in the same tune
The Coffee Day just lost its way.
All such great time ended so soon
Only to land on the dark side of moon.

I will cherish our moments mate
I wish, for you it wasn't a game.
It's not right to merely call it Fate
For the last time I take all your blame.

Is there a definite healing
To soothe a deep hurt feeling?
Nothing now does make any sense
As if everything has lost its meaning.

I dont know why
but now i can't cry.
No matter how much I try
There's none with me to fly.

I stand here drenched in rain
To hide my tears and endure the pain.
I walk down in this silent lane
Yes I know I'm alone again.

I wander lonely in the frozen nights,
looking at my shadow in flickering lights.
I try to figure out what's up in my mind,
Longing for something, I can't find!

Look at the lake's running water
A serene scene which takes me farther.
The endless warmth in the moonlight,
All is well but something isn't right.

A familiar fragrance in the cold breeze,
These precious moments never tend to cease.
How I wish you were here beside me
Miles apart, still near to heart..

I look for you in the countless stars
The wait is so long as endless wars.
Wistful for one golden chance..
Will live forever in this Trance...

I had so much to say
About you, what I feel
And much more to convey
The things I never reveal.

In every moment I spent with you
My silence spoke a thousand meanings.
I lived a life in the moments so true
Never had I such unbound feelings.

I will find you in all my dreams,
Will listen to you in my heart-beats.
How much you mean, I can’t tell anymore,
You will be a friend I had never seen before.

I know on this day we separate
It is the destiny, it is the fate.
I will miss you but it never pains
So long as the Memory Remains.

A feeling without a lament action,
with high hope & strong conviction.

Lost in ideas, i was amused
In search for a way, i was confused.
The heart kicks off,not for serenade
being prepared to be a renegade.

Crazy thoughts!not so juvenile
Luck mocks with a serene smile.
Can't look at the distant realm,
Eyes are blinded in this dream!

Zephyr has spread its fragrance,
Now i shall feel its presence.
I don't need anymore defense,
it's neither myth nor pretense.

I laid the path with a great zest,
Despise them all who detest.
I will win and take no rest,
Here I go towards my Quest...

Shut your eyes and ask your heart
whom to adore and whom to ignore?
The one you trusted was so mean..
Has deserted you and never then seen..

Past was past, try to forget,
lest it lasts and make you regret.
Be it a dream which never came true,
Bring a gleam to leave no clue.

The world around is very insane.
Don't you bother and weep in vain.
A gust of wind will blow again,
to bring a change and take your pain.

Life is a blend of dark and light,
A ray of hope comes after every night.
These words of mine may not sound great..
certainly, i am not the one you hate.

You can share your fears with me,
You can shed your tears with me.
I do this all for the one i care,
Think of me and i will be there.

Once a star came to earth,
GOD gave it another birth.
It was a beautiful baby
with a shine of gold and ruby.

Passed by many autumn and spring,
slowly she began to walk and sing.
TIME OF SAND made her footsteps fade
and why not? its been now two decade.

Today she has a youngster's charm,
Her caring words are very warm.
How does she look like?i can't tell.
Like an idol has been casted spell.

I cannot give her a golden fish
but can pray with a hearty wish.
may her life fill with joy and bliss.

kick ur way ,its dull and hazy

I may look far more strange,
Don't u doubt in my change.

I am now a puzzle to world,
has turned to be far more bold.
I have got an another birth,
who knows not the fear of death.

Just do always ask ur heart
to judge what is wrong and right.
Choice is urs in lofty thought,
Don't u ever give up the fight.

Have the patience to wait for years,
Tell the conscience to hide ur tears.
A smile will bring u all the glory,
this will begin a brand new story.

No one here is a competitor,
There's no winner or defeater.

I walked in the lonely streets,
thinking of the daily trend.
How should a stranger greet?
to make a new TRUE friend.

No one is truly intimate,
its all in the POCKET'S state.
A mere smite of fate,
which i knew it late.

The mind is worried
and the feelings are burried.
My heart does moan,
pity , for now its a stone.

When many were to gather
but none care to bother.
The eyes began to weep,
Tears rolled down the cheek..
Late night i was asleep,
Ah! a nice " HIDE AND SEEK".

I woke up from the dream,
it really made me scream.
The agony of my tone,
oh! i was all ALONE.
